Ms. Draher is a founding partner of Nilges Draher LLC.  She represents employees in wrongful termination, FMLA, discrimination, harassment and wage and hour cases.  Ms. Draher has been lead counsel in dozens of class and collective action cases on behalf of workers in various industries.  Ms. Draher and her firm have recovered millions for thousands of workers who were denied overtime pay.  Many of these cases have been reported in the media.

Ms. Draher also represents individuals in wrongful termination, FMLA, discrimination, and harassment cases.
