Of Counsel

Adam Lubow

Adam in his own words

I have dedicated my entire career advocating for individuals in difficult situations. For the first nine years of my career, I was a Public Defender at The Legal Aid Society in Brooklyn, New York, the largest indigent representation organization in the country.

I then spent eight years at the United States Department of Labor, representing federal agencies enforcing labor laws, including Wage & Hour laws (FLSA, FMLA, Davis-Bacon, and H-visas), anti-discrimination laws, OSHA, ERISA, MHPAEA, MSHA, the Black Lung Benefits Act, and whistleblower protections.

It was an honor to represent the government on behalf of workers, fighting for their rightful pay and benefits and safe work conditions. I am excited to continue representing workers in their fight for their legal rights.
