I am the Director of Operations at Nilges Draher LLC . As the Director of Operations, I oversee the day-to-day functions that keep our law firm running smoothly. From strategic planning to managing operations, I work closely with our team to ensure efficiency and productivity. I strive to create a supportive environment that empowers our team to deliver results that align with our firm’s goals.

I have a bachelor’s degree in criminology and justice studies from Kent State University.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs. When we aren’t watching the Buckeyes win on Saturdays, we enjoy spending weekends in downtown Pittsburgh.
